        The Retreat
Some of you have been on retreats before - some have not. We welcome all who are seeking, experimenting,
wandering and exploring. The quest for wholeness is a life journey. The curious part of this journey is that when it is realized the road changes to one of living wholeness rather than seeking it. This retreat will provide you opportunities for deep integration of mind, body and spirit, self forgiveness, moving forward and ending karmic patterns. The tools include journeys through breath and music, meditation, rituals, times of silence - all being opportunities to connect with Spirit, creating your moment of transformation in your own unique way
