A day of journeying through breath, drumming,
music and meditation.
This intensive experiential day focuses on purposeful altered states
of consciousness that allow us to experience the wisdom, insight and
power of the unconscious and spiritual realm. Through intentional
drumming, music and breath, participants will journey to access the
healing potential of the psyche , to release energies and to
experience and share the wisdom of other's journeys. This day is
intended for personal healing, opening and inner exploration.

Dartmouth & Parker Rd, next to Horan & McConaty

and full experience.

What to Bring: Mat or something to lie on,
blanket, pillow, your own lunch or something to share. If you
have a sacred object, please bring for the day's Altar. Please
wear loose and comfortable clothing.

a day filled with powerful energy and sacred ritual from Hawaii and
other indigenous cultures. Through combining their work, this day
brings powerful abilities for each participant to journey and
release through connection with Spirit.
